Corporate Clash has a lot of differences from the original TTO, and one of these differences are Managers:special miniboss cogs with unique abilities and attacks.
Some of these are mandatory fights which you'll need to do to progress in the game (the Facilities and Department Bosses are also mandatory in Corporate Clash),
while others are Kudos Managers:minibosses that you only need to fight to progress in the optional Kudos Boards, which are unlocked after completing the game's taskline and can be used to gain rewards in specific playgrounds.
One of these managers is the Witch Hunter and he is beautiful and great.

the Witch Hunter,Prester Virgil, is a Lawbot Manager Cog and the Kudos Boss of Ye Olde Toontowne, the game's own original Medieval fantasy-themed playground and the third playground in the game's taskline.
He is fought on top of the Tower in YOTT's Playground hub area, and has the ability to call upon other cogs to aid him in battle and make himself stronger. (he can also light people on fire and make cogs target a single Toon.)
His fight is widely considered the game's worst boss-fight by many fans. These people are wrong but i respect their opinion.
Yes,you are getting selfship right off the bat because i am very evil and cringe. Cool Midnight has a page on this site, but to sum it up she's a cartoonishly evil jerk of a woman and Prester's kind-of enemy/girlfriend. Sometimes they try and kill each other and other times they work together,betraying their organizations for their own selfish ends.
In real life Puritan attire,black was reserved for elders and formal occassions, so having Prester wear all black and a bright red tie (which even with my limited knowlege i know was a big NO-NO) paints him as EXTREMELY ARROGANT and hypocritical! This probably was not intentional but it is to me :)
