Cool Midnight, the literal Worst! (The Character based on my Toon,Not the toon itself.)

Not all Toons are seltzer and slapstick-some are mad, bad and dangerous to joke with!
Once a normal 9 to 5 member of the Toon Resistance,Cool Midnight basically went from normal toon,
to "Maybe we shouldn't be so jovial when there's a war going on?"
to "DEATH TO ALL COGS, TOONS THAT SYMPATHISE WITH ANY NON-TOONS ARE TRAITORS,NO ONE EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION."
And you poor saps have to fight her on Valentoon's!
She was last seen in YOTT, with 61 Laff, level 7 squirt and zap, level 6 sound and throw, and level three toonup (Despite her not being able to be healed by TU.)

Just as the managers are first being given their positions, Cool Midnight has just been made in a Toon Factory,
where Toons are artificially made,fully grown, to fight the cogs.
But she has one issue. She's painfully unfunny by Toon standards,unable to make jokes in Toontown's standard saccharine slapstick manner.
Asides from that, and the social isolation she got from that,she lived a mostly uneventful life,
given a home base in Mezzo Melodyland and instructions to fight her way through Toontown's island-wide resistance training. She was supposed to get to Mezzo Melodyland and stay there as a lookout.
She only got as far as Daffodil Gardens, when her first fight with the VP went horribly wrong.
Her group collapsed into arguing, and when the finale came,
the sheer brunt of anger caused the captured Shopkeeper to keel over dead in their cage. She ditched the resistance after that, gaining a hatred for all Toonkind, as well as all Cogs...
Until she met Prester.
Returning to Ye Olde Toontowne after an arson spree, she met him for the first time during a stake burning, and slowly fell in love with him.
And now both will stop at nothing to take Toontown for themselves.
Trivia:
She and the Witch Hunter were going to have a Spy Vs. Spy type relationship (IE. They're always trying to murder each other but in a romantically tense way) but then i just decided to make them the most evil couple alive
She hates Trolley Games, Fishing, Toono...
Basically anything that isn't battle or Toontasks,as she sees them as a waste of time.
She is painfully unfunny by Toon standards, and some of her hatred of silliness comes from self-hatred that she can't be "normal.".
She can't heal from Toon-ups or Knock-Knock jokes, so she relies on playground treasures.
There's only like, 4 other NPC toons she respects: (Coach Zucchini,Moe Zart, Sir Prysin and Cindy Sprinkles.)
Her favourite foods are hardtack, salted licorice and Black Jacks (an aniseed flavoured chew from the UK.) She HATES anything that's very sweet.
Her favourite poem is Rudyard Kipling's "Danny Deever".
She's good at sewing, but sees it as more of a utility than a hobby.
Mr. Boodles (Prester's cat in my fanon) is as much her baby as it is Prester's. She carries him around in a little swaddle sometimes.
A song i associate with her heavily is the old WW2 song "When That Man Is Dead and Gone", specifically the Mildred Bailey version.
